What happens when the free trial ends?
You are charged for the plan you chose, $59.99 for a year or $9.99 for a week, unless you cancel before the trial ends. We send a reminder before that day.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Volo. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What does the free tier include?
The first lesson in each of the seven skills, the Breaking the Ice in a Waiting Room roleplay, The Gate Announcer speaking drill, two scripts in each What To Say category and the full How You Come Across test.
Is there a monthly plan?
The App Store shows the plans available in your region. Yearly is the best value and is what most people choose.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store refund policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Can I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore Purchases in the Volo profile screen.
